What is Chia Seed ?
Despite their small size, chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to raise HDL cholesterol.Chia seeds are also rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.

Do I Get Any Benefits ?
Eating once ounce of chia seeds each day would provide 18 percent of daily calciumneeds, 27 percent of phosphorus, 30 percent of manganese, and smaller amounts of potassium and copper.

๐Ÿ’2 cups almond milk

๐Ÿ’1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

๐Ÿ’1/4 cup (or less) maple syrup (or sub any sweetener)

๐Ÿ’Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder or choco powder

๐Ÿ’Cherries (can be some other fruits)
๐Ÿ’1 teaspoon of Honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender until smooth (including any added flavors, fruits or chocolate). Whisk in chia seeds.
  2. Pour mixture into a jar or glass container and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel. Stir or whisk a few times within the first hour to help it gel evenly. I prefer to make this at night to have ready for a fast breakfast the next day. It is also great to make in the morning for a delicious pre-made dessert at night.
  3. Serve your loves with full of love.
